摘    要:加工中心长期运行引起部分控制元件的老化和机械部件的磨损,产生时间响应的滞后,爬行现象就会发生。本文着重阐述了加工中心A轴爬行的消除处理和主轴定位夹紧过程的参数优化问题。

Abstract:Part of control elements will be aged and mechanical parts will be Weared,when machining center has been operated a long time,thus causes the time response lagging behind and the stick slip may occur.This paper stresses the measure for eliminating stick slip and optimization of parameters for locating and clamping process.
