电容触摸屏的坐标定位分析

摘    要:描述了电容触摸屏直边形电极、直角形电极和矩形框电极的坐标定位算法。在忽略电极的电阻时,构建二维电容触摸屏的等效电路,推导了三种电极输出的触摸电流,用MATLAB计算电容触摸屏的坐标值,绘制了计算的坐标点图和位置误差图。结果表明:直边形电极、直角形电极和矩形框电极电容触摸屏的最大线性度分别是11.27%、23.91%和0.03%;线性度小于或等于1%的触摸面积分别是1mm2、9mm2和2500mm2;与实际的实验结果对比表明,电极是影响电容触摸屏坐标定位的重要因素。

Abstract:Methods for coordinate positioning are given and described in the tetragon,the right-angle and the square electrode of the capacitive touch panel.When electrode-resistance was ignored,touching current output formula was analyzed by analyzing two dimensional equivalent circuits on capacitive touch panel.Coordinate calculation,coordinate-map and error-map of the capacitive touch panel was solved by MATLAB.The maximum linearity of them are 11.27%,23.91% and 0.03%,the area of the linearity within 1% are 1 mm2,9...
