摘    要:分析了当前中小水电管理中存在的问题,提出了采用富互联网应用(RIA)技术开发基于模型—视图—控制器(MVC)模式的中小水电管理系统的总体设计方案。论述了该系统的开发目标、总体框架、功能结构,重点阐述了中小水电管理系统实现的关键技术。设计开发了基于RIA技术的中小水电管理系统,并将其成功运用到云南电网的中小水电管理中。实际运行结果表明,采用RIA技术开发的中小水电管理系统,能显著改善管理效率,提高电力调度的自动化水平。

Abstract:Problems in the management of medium-sized and small hydropower systems are analyzed,and the general design scheme of developing medium-sized and small hydropower management systems based on the MVC model by adopting the Rich Internet Application(RIA) technology is put forward.The developing target,main framework,and function structure of the system are discussed with emphasis on the key techniques in the design and realization of the management system.A medium-sized and small hydropower management system is designed and developed based on the RIA technologies and is successfully applied to the management of medium-sized and small hydropower in Yunnan Province.Actual operation results show that the hydropower management system based on RIA under discussion can significantly improve the management efficiency and enhance the automation level of power dispatching.
