| 摘 要： | 阐述了采用13.9 tex的苎麻棉(50/50)混纺纱和8.33 tex/72 f吸湿排汗涤纶长丝,在多功能双面大圆机上开发苎麻棉运动休闲针织面料的生产工艺.对织物结构设计、原料选择及主要编织和染整技术进行了详细介绍,并针对生产中的质量问题和技术难点提出了解决方案.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the producing technology of ramie/cotton knitted sports and casual fabrics by using 13.9 tex of ramie/cotton(50/50) blended yarn and 8.33 tex/72 f of the moisture absorbent and sweat-transfer polyester filament yarn on the multi-functional large diameter double circular weft knitting machine,mainly focuses on the fabric's structure design,raw material selection,knitting and dyeing technology,and presents solutions to the possible quality problems and technical difficulties. |
