太湖水库主要功能转换后的工程效益评价

摘    要:随着时代的发展,早期建造的大部分水库原来的主要功能与当今快速发展的社会需求已不相适应.随着水库主要功能的逐渐转换,水资源保护与开发利用是新时期水库工程管理的主要任务之一.本文通过对温岭市太湖水库(中型)主要功能转换的合理性分析,以及对工程来水量、需水量、水源水质、取水对下游环境影响、水源保护措施等进行综合评价,提出在新时期水库主要功能转换后进一步保护、优化配置和可持续利用水资源及实现效益再大化的思考.

Benefit Evaluation after Function Transition of Taihu Reservoir

Abstract:Most reservoirs build in early times have become outdated and can't meet the demands of the rapidly developing society. The main functions switch to protecting and exploiting water resources for reservoir management in new era. The issues related to function transition for medium-sized reservoir,such as Taihu Reservoir in Wenling City,are discussed in this essay. The factors including project flow,water demand,source quality,the influence of water intake on down-stream environment and measures taken to protect water source are also analyzed,and some suggestions are proposed on how to provide further protection and optimized exploiting for water resources in a sustainable way in order to make more profits after transition.
