This article is based on the engineering quality of small reservoirs reinforcement projects in Hangzhou, from the engineering entity, engineering materials, construction units and other aspects of the problems pro- posed. The suggestions are introduced on how to develop the local guidelines, to strengthen personnel training, to simplify engineering data and other means to improve the quality of small reservoirs reinforcement projects are also explored.
