| 摘 要： | 结合破碎区域现有胶带机的运行情况,设计了一种皮带机无人值守综合保护系统。通过分析皮带机的常见故障类型,确定了皮带综合保护的检测方法及连锁保护,实现了对皮带机故障的实时检测和综合判断,降低了故障扩大化的可能性。下料小车自动布料系统中,创新性引人激光测距仪对布料小车进行定位与控制,实现无人值守。

| Abstract: | A kind of integrated protection system for belt conveyor with unattended operations is designed combining with the running conditions of existing belt conveyor in the fracture zone. The test methods and interlock protection for integrated protection of belt are determined through analyzing the common fault types of belt conveyor,which could make real-time detection and synthetic judgment for faults of belt conveyor realized so that the possibility for expansion of faults is reduced. Finally,the laser range finder is introduced innovatively in the automatic distributing system of unloading larry to position and control distributing larry so that the unattended operations are realized |
