高职技能教学研究

职业技能的培养是高等职业教育的根本任务之一。如何高效地实施技能教学?如何在技能教学过程中培养学生的创新能力?这是新一轮高等职业教育改革必须回答的问题。本文在分析了技能教学的地位和任务的基础上,根据学习理论对多种技能教学方法进行了分类和剖析,就如何实现创新能力的培养提出了若干措施,为教师使用这些方法提供了理论上的证据。

Research on Skill- teaching in Higher Vocational and Technical Education

Vocational skill-training is one of main objectives in higher vocational and technical education.How to implement skill-teaching efficiently and how to train students to make innovation in the procedure of skill-teaching? These problems need to be answered in new stage of the reformation of higher vocational and technical education.Based on the theory of learning,the paper first analyzed the status,tasks,and teaching methods of skill-teaching and secondly proposed three methods to training the innovative ability of student.The paper will provide teachers the evidences of how to use these methods of skill-teaching.
