| Abstract: | Revenue assurance(RA) process aims at finding the revenue leakage point,improving profits and cash flows.However it is difficult to implement the RA process because lacking of a typical strategy.Based on the analysis of characteristics of revenue assurance process,an activity-focused RA process metamodel is proposed,which defines process model,activities,roles,products and key process area(KPA). |
