核-壳型乳液聚合研究

摘    要:简要介绍了核-壳型乳液聚合机理,包括接枝机理,互穿网络聚合机理及离子键合机理。详细论述了影响核-壳乳胶粒结构形态和聚合物性能的因素,其中影响乳胶粒结构形态的因素包括聚合工艺、单体亲水性、引发剂品种;影响核-壳聚合物性能的因素包括种子单体用量、两阶段引发剂用量比及两阶段乳化剂用量比。简要介绍了核-壳聚合物用途,即用于高性能涂料、阻透材料、抗冲击改性剂和增韧剂制备。

Abstract:The mechanism of core- shell emulsion polymerization was brifly introduced, which included grafting, interpenetrating network formation and ionic bonding. The effects on the structure of core - shell emulsion latex and properties of the polymer were described in details. The effects on the structure of core - shell emulsion latex include polymerization process, hydrophilicity of monomer and properties of initiator.The effect on the properties of the core - shell polymer included dosage of monomer, initiator and core - shell polymer were outlined in the following field : coating with high performance, anti - penetrating materials, anti - impact modifiers and preparation of toughner.
