摘    要:研究开发了磷酸含量低、无铬酐型的不锈钢电抛光溶液及工艺方法,并对溶液的配制、工艺参数的确定,以及溶液的保养、维护做了较全面介绍,此抛光溶液及工艺方法尤为适用于精密仪器,尤其是尺寸要求严格、薄壁的工件,抛光效果好,毒性小,溶液使用周期长.

Abstract:The experiment has studied the electropolishing solution of no chromic and lower phosphate.The technology are introduced.The paper describes the formulation of the solution and confirmation of technic parameter.At the same time,it explains the maintenance of the solution,especially the exact and strict size control workpieces with thin wall.Its polishing effect is good.It has little virulence and a long using period.
