低频率下波纹管膨胀节腐蚀疲劳行为模拟

摘    要:针对供热管道波纹管膨胀节在设计使用期限内发生泄漏的实际问题,在低频率下对波纹管膨胀节的腐蚀疲劳行为进行模拟,用宏观、微观的方法分析研究了发生开裂泄漏的波纹管和模拟试验中波纹管的各种特征,得出了如下结论:波纹管实际腐蚀破坏中存在着腐蚀疲劳失效。经过研究表明,该波纹管有一定的耐腐蚀疲劳性能,检测未发生泄漏的波纹管可以继续使用。

Abstract:1 Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel bellows used in the heat supply pipeline was cracked in term of service. The behavior of corrosion fatigue of stainless steel bellow expansion joints was simulated at low frequency. The failure characters of 1Cr18Ni9Ti bellows and simulated bellows were analyzed through macro -analysis and micro- analysis in this thesis. The results show that corrosion fatigue occured in bellows application. The simulated test shows that bellows have certain residual corrosion fatigue resistance.
