关于企业培训机构国际化建设的思考

国际化的企业培训机构与国际化的商学院，都表现出相同的特征，即学员、师资、培训理念、培训方法、培训内容和培训手段的国际化。但商学院与企业培训机构在国际化的目的、国际化的进程上存在明显差别。要正确认识企业培训机构国际化的三层含义：以达到国际先进水平为前提，通过加强国际合作，提高对国际培训资源的整合能力，最终实现为企业国际化战略提供人才保证的终极目标。

Thinking on Internationalization Construction of Enterprise Training Institution

Internationalized enterprise training institution andinternationalized business school reveal the same characteristics： student, teacher, training concept, training methods, training content and training measures. However, there exists significant difference in purpose and process of internationalization between business institute and enterprise training institution. We must understand correctly internationalization of enterprise training institution so that with international advanced level as premise, through strengthening international cooperation we can improve the ability of combination of international training resources and in the end realize the target of providing intelligent insurance for enterprise international strategy.
