聚氧集氮装置氧浓度测试方法研究与筛选

摘    要:针对聚氧装置出口氧浓度监测的需要,介绍了电化学式、热磁式和氧化锆式3种氧浓度测试方案的原理、仪器结构和测量范围及其优缺点,并拟出了氧浓度测试方案的筛选原则,可供聚氧集氮装置配套的氧浓度测试选用参考.

Abstract:This paper introduced the theory, instrument structure and testing range of electrochemical testing plan, thermalmagnetic testing plan and zirconia oxygen concentration testing plan, plus the advantages and disadvantages. The Screening rule of oxygen concentration testing plan was given. It can be referenced in concentrating oxygen and collecting nitrogen devices.
