沥青抗剥落剂的优化及其性能

摘    要:在沥青中添加抗剥落剂是防止高等级公路水损害的有效方法。以4#燃料油为溶剂,制备了一种不含胺类物质的抗剥落剂,并对其配方进行了优化,用水煮法、热老化实验和热重分析研究了其性能。结果表明,较优的配方是:磷羟基有机物w(LOP)=15%,w(SP)=5%。这种抗剥落剂加入沥青后可大大提高沥青与酸性石料的粘附性,可使沥青与酸性石料的粘附性由1~3级提高至5级,且在热老化后仍能保持良好的效果。

Optimization of Asphalt Antistripping Agent and Its Performance
Abstract:Adding antistripping agent to asphalt is an effective method to prevent water-induced damage of high-grade road.An antistripping agent without amine was prepared and optimized and its performance was evaluated by poaching,heat ageing and thermogravimetry.The optimal formula of antistripping agent is organo-phosphorus hydroxyl compounds 〔w(LOP)=15%,w(SP)=5%〕 dissolved in 4~# fuel oil.The antistripping agent could greatly improve the adhesion between asphalt and acidic stones added to asphalt.It can increase the adhesion grade from 1~3 to 5 and keep the adhesion effect well even after heat ageing.
