旋转型行波超声波电机的实验研究

摘    要:主要提出了一种旋转型行波超声波电机结构,并从振动力学角度解释了其弯曲行波的形成机理。利用ANSYS有限元软件分析了该电机各结构参数对电机弹性基体振动特性的影响。在实验中,利用粘在定子两侧的检测压电陶瓷的正压电效应检测电机运行时的电压变化,进而分析了电机的谐振状态特点。

Abstract:Introducing a kind of the revolving traveling wave ultrasonic motor. Besides, discussing the operation principle of the traveling wave in oscillation mechanics . Using ANSYS FEM software, analyze the influence to the eigenfrequency of the stator in different dimension parameters of the stator. The measuring PZT has been adhered to either side of the stator, measuring voltage changes of it making use of piezoelectric effect when the ultrasonic motor works. Furthermore, analyzes the characteristics of the ultrasonic motor in the resonant state.
