Research and Application of Key Technology of Deep Hole Actual Production

This paper discusses the methods of processing applied gun drill in deep self-combination machine.It briefly talks about the working principles of gun drill and its structure.In addition the paper shows the improvement process of making deep hole by using gun drill,including how its major parameters pass the test,adjust the parameters by analyzing data and finally solidifying the technology and the parameters.Applications have indicated that： gun drill has the character that it can chip products with high precious.When gun drill is properly applied to the ＂small diameter deep hole＂,it generally demonstrates a good result.
