聚酯超细纤维分散染料染色性能的研究

摘    要:对分散黄163等四只分散染料进行染色性能测试,就聚酯超细纤维的移染性、皂洗牢度及高温分散稳定性进行研究,并进行碱性浴染色试验,为选择适用于聚酯超细纤维染色的染料提供一定的参考依据.研究结果表明,四个染料中黄163的移染率最高,黄UP-GL最低,这主要与其分子结构有关,但黄UP-GL具有较好的耐碱性,可在碱性条件下染色,且不影响色光.

Abstract:Dyeing behaviors of available disperse dyes on supermicro polyester fiber were tested from the respects of migration, soaping fastness and dispersing stability to high temperature, dyeing experiments were carried out at alkaline dye bath. The results showed that Yellow 163 possessed the highest migration, while Yellow UP-GL was the lowest, which has a close relationship with molecular structure, but Yellow UP-GL featured little shade change at basic bath owing to good resistance to alkali.
