宝钢LF炉PLC系统的问题及改进设计

摘    要:对宝钢一炼钢LF炉PLC控制系统中测温模块经常烧坏,并导致系统停机的缺陷开展研究。通过现场调查和一系列检测,分析出模块烧坏的原因是现场高温、粉尘环境造成电缆老化短路及缺乏保护措施等。并制定了详细的改进设计方案,包括线路改造、设备重新选型、程序修改等。改进后的PLC系统恢复了对LF炉炉盖冷却水温度的自动监视,消除安全隐患,对稳定和安全生产具有较大的意义。

Abstract:The defect that temperature measurement modules in PLC control system of LF furnace in Baosteel often burn out and cause system shutdown is studied. Via field survey and a series of investigation, the causes have been found out, such as cables short circuit because of ageing under high-temperature and dust environment and lack of protecting measures, etc. Detailed final improving scheme is established, including cabling revamp, hardware reconfignration and program modification, etc. Improved PLC system recovers automatic temperature monitoring of cooling water for LF furnace and eliminates hidden troubles, so it is very significant for stable and safe production.
