| 摘 要： | 对三种梳针刺辊和一种锯齿刺辊在两档道夫速度和四档锯齿速度条件下进行落棉率检测,结果证实,(1)在相同工艺条件下,梳针刺辊落棉率要大于锯齿刺辊。(2)梳针刺辊中则以工作角最小的梳针Ⅰ型(58°)落棉率为最小。

| Abstract: | The droppings rates of three kinds of gill pin taker-in and one kind of saw-toothed taker-in at two doffer speeds and four taker-in speeds are tested.The results show that the droppings rate of gill pin taker-in is higher than that of saw-toothed taker-in under the same technological condition.And the smallest droppings rate can be obtained with shape Ⅰ(58°)in the gill pin taker-in,. |
