| 摘 要： | 分析了定时器壳体压铸模复杂型芯的加工工艺性,制定了工艺路线,精加工采用电火花成形加工。通过对电极结构的分析,将其拆分为4个比较简单的电极,合理地设计了电极的结构,并计算了电极的尺寸。电极满足了型芯的加工精度要求,降低了单个复杂电极的制造成本。
