褐煤与稻草混合半焦燃烧特性及动力学研究

摘    要:用热重法研究了褐煤与稻草混合半焦的燃烧特性,考察了稻草比例和半焦制备温度对混合半焦燃烧特性的影响,并对其燃烧动力学参数进行了计算.结果表明:半焦制备温度为350℃和550℃时,稻草比例对混合半焦的燃烧几乎没有影响;在750℃时,稻草比例为20%的混合半焦其TG和DTG曲线明显向高温区偏移.随着制备温度的提高,混合半焦着火温度提高,失重率减少.半焦燃烧为一级反应(n=1),活化能在49.78~83.04kJ/mol范围内,制备温度越高,混合半焦的活化能也越高.随着稻草比例的变化,活化能没有表现出明显的规律性.

Abstract:We study the combustion characteristics of semi--coke mixture of lignite and straw with thermogravimetry, investigate the influence of straw ratio and semi-coke temperature on the combustion characteristics and calculate the dynamic parameters of combustion. Results show that straw ratio rarely influences the combustion of semi-coke mixture while the temperature is 350 ℃ and 550 ℃, TG and DTG curves of semi--coke mixture with 20% straw shift to high temperature zone apparently while the temperature is 750 ℃, ignition temperature of semi-coke mixture increases and weight loss ratio decreases with the increase of preparing temperature, semicoke combustion is first-order reaction and the activation energy is between 49. 78 - 83.04 kJ/ tool, activation energy of semi-coke mixture becomes higher while the temperature increases, and activation energy does not shows obvious regularity along with the change of straw ratio.
