| 摘 要： | 铁铝合金是以铁、铝为主要成分，不含贵重元素的另一类高电磁性能的软磁合金，在微电机中得到应用。本文介绍了利用PW4400荧光光谱仪检测铁铝合金中Mn、Si、Ni、A1、Cr、Cu．元素的含量，分析结果可靠，能够满足生产需求。
