| 摘 要： | 采用SiemensNX平台完成了某复杂壳体注塑模的设计与制造过程，并通过Moldflow进行流动模拟分析，确定了浇注系统、冷却水道等的设计方案。该方法缩短了复杂塑件的模具设计周期，提高了模具制造的质量，对生产实践有很好的借鉴意义。
