摘    要:从LED道路照明的技术研究出发,深入探讨新型LED固体光源封装技术、驱动电源设计、散热技术、配光设计、能效设计等关键技术。从而得出新型LED固体光源安全可靠性、耗电量少、发光效率高、适用性强、稳定性好、响应时间短、颜色可变化、有利于环保等优点,正在广泛应用照明领域。为国家半导体照明工程提供科学的决策支持。

Abstract:Researching on LED road lighting technology to explore the key technology of packaging, driving power, cool- ing, light distribution, energy efficiency of LED solid--state light source. It proves the new LED solid--state light source has good properties as safety, stability, reliability, less power consumption, high luminous efficiency, applicability, fast re- sponse, changeable color, conducive to environmental protection, and it is now widely used in the field of lighting. These tests provide scientific supports for the National Semiconductor Lighting Project.
