摘    要:以碳酸钙、金红石型二氧化钛、空心玻璃微珠、氧化锌为颜填料,以苯丙乳液为主成膜物,制备出的建筑外墙保温隔热涂料,其常规性能符合外墙涂料的相关标准要求。研究了添加碳酸钙、金红石型二氧化钛和氧化锌三种填料及复合添加四种填料对涂层隔热性能的影响。结果表明:添加碳酸钙、金红石型二氧化钛和氧化锌可提高涂层隔热性能;复合掺入碳酸钙、金红石型二氧化钛、氧化锌和空心玻璃微珠可进一步提高涂层隔热性能。掺加15%碳酸钙、7%金红石型二氧化钛、5%氧化锌和8%空心玻璃微珠时,隔热温差为7.9℃,导热系数为0.0767W/(m·K),具有明显的保温隔热效果。

Preparation of a New Insulation Coating for the Exterior Wall

Abstract:A new type of exterior wall thermal insulation coating was prepared with calcium carbonate, ruffle titanium dioxide, hollow glass bead and zinc oxide as filling material, and styrene--acrylic emulsion as the main film--forming material, which is in line with the requirements of relevant standards of the exterior coating in terms of conventional perforrmance. Effects of addition of calcium carbonate, rutile titanium dioxide and zinc oxide and adding four kinds of fillers on the insulation performance were studie& The results showed that the coating insulation performance can be enhanced by addition of calcium carbonate, ruffle titanium dioxide and zinc oxide And the per- formanee could raise more when hollow glass beads were adde& The coaling had an obvious effect of thermal insulation by mixed with 15% calcium carbonate, 7% rutile titanium dioxide, 5% zinc oxide and 8% hollow glass bead, Thermal insulation temperature difference and thermal conductivity reached 7. 9℃, and 0. 0767 W/ (m · K) .
