AlN粉体制备技术研究进展

摘    要:直接氮化法和碳热还原法是现代规模化制备AlN陶瓷粉体的主要方法。本文结合最新研究成果,分析了这两大类A1N粉体制备方法的优缺点,探讨了今后A1N粉体制备技术发展需要解决的关键问题。

Progress on Aluminum Nitride Powders Producing Technologies

Abstract:Currently, the most common methods used for producing the aluminum nitride powders in industry are the direct nitridation method and the earbothermal reduction method, respectively. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods for preparing the aluminum nitride powders were analyzed, according to the latest research results. Some key problems that may restrict the development of the aluminum nitride powder producing technologies in future were also pointed out.
