摘 要: | 介绍了多台保温炉共用一台9—26系列高压通风机供风,调试中存在风量或风压不足等现象,通过采用阀门调节手段,满足了工艺要求,但调节范围有限。本文诠释了9—19、9—26系列风机的全压构成及相关因素,提出了多用户共用一台风机的设计优化是采用大功率、大流量的变频调速风机,可较好地满足单炉运行和多炉同时运行等不同工况的供风要求且有利于节能。

Abstract: | The article introduces the following contents: many holding furnaces share one high--pressure fan Series 9--26. During commissioning, the air volume and pressure are insufficient. So the valve adjustment is adopted to meet the re- quirement of the process, but the adjustment range is very limited. The article deals with the total pressure structure and rele- vant factors of the fans Series 9--19 and 9--26 and proposes an optimal design of many consumers sharing one fan. The design adopts variable frequency speed controlling fan with high power and large volume, which can not only meet the ventilating re- quirements under different operating eonditions, such as single furnace operating and many furnaces operating simultaneously, but also save energy. |
