| 摘 要： | 本文主要综述了金属深冷处理的发展历史，简要介绍了铜合金经深冷处理后性能的变化，国内外对深冷处理提高铜合金性能及其机理的研究。结合本人所阅读的文献综述了国内有关铜合金的深冷处理现状以及相关机理研究，就目前这个领域存在的问题和发展趋势进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper review the development history of deep cryogenic treatment on metals and the change in properties of the copper alloy dues to deep cryogenic treatment as well as the investigation of improvement on copper alloy properties dues to deep cryogenic treatment and its mechanism at home and abroad are also introduced briefly. Combined with my reading of the literatures review domestic copper alloy cryogenic treatment status and mechanism, The current situation of this field is re- viewed and the existing problems and development tendency are discussed. |
