摘    要:以绿矾为原料、KCIO3为氧化剂,研究了固体聚合硫酸铁的制取方法。考察了绿矾氧化及其产物聚合硫酸铁在真空干燥等过程中的原料加入方式、加入量、反应温度、反应时间、干燥温度、真空度以及时效等参数的影响。实验结果表明,在水量为25g、绿矾用量为350g、绿矾与硫酸摩尔比为1.0:0.1、反应温度在55~60之间、反应时间为90min、干燥固化温度为55~60、真空度为0.09MPa时,产品不仅盐基度较高,质量稳定,而且外形优美,色泽好。通过时效研究认为反应产物应直接进入干燥固化为好;最后通过正交试验,获得了优化的工艺条件。

Abstract:The preparation of solid polymerized ferric sulfate (SPFS) was conducted by using the ferrous sulfate (FeSO4) as raw material and potassium chlorate (KCIO3) as oxidant. The influences of parameters such as the amount of raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time, drying temperature, vacuum degree for drying process on products were investigated. Experimental results show that the SPFS product with high alkalinity degree and good stability, shape, color and luster can be prepared under following conditions: water weight 25g, ferrous sulfate 350g, molar ratio of ferrous sulfate and sulfuric acid 1.0:0.1, reaction temperature 55~60, reaction time 90 minutes , drying temperature 55~60 and vacuum degree 0.09MPa. The experiments of depositing time displayed that polymerized ferric sulfate is better to be dried right after it is produced. The recommended suitable preparation conditions were obtained based on the result of orthogonal test.
