管道自动焊在Cr-Mo钢厚壁管道上的应用

摘    要:采用钨极惰性气体保护焊(GTAW)打底与药芯焊丝CO2保护管道自动焊机(FCAW)填充、盖面的焊接方法对Φ168 mm×22 mm的A335-P22耐热钢管进行了焊接工艺评定。此评定用于福建炼油乙烯项目汽电联产装置中高压蒸汽管线的焊接作业,并顺利通过了72 h的满负荷连续试运行性能考核。

Abstract:The procedure qualification report of A335-P22 heat-resisting steel pipe( 168 mm×22 mm) was made,which was completed by the tungsten electrode inert shielded welding(GTAW) the scratch coat and the flux-cored wire CO2 protection pipeline automatic welding machine(FCAW) fills,screen's welding.This process evaluation has used in the high pressure steam pipe line's welding procedure of the ethylene project steam electricity unit in the Fujian Refinery,and passed the 72 h full load the performance inspection smoothly.
