铸造镍基合金的稀土变质改性

摘    要:本文研究了稀土变质处理对改善铸造镍基合金的组织和耐蚀性能与铸造性能的影响。试验结果表明,在这种镍基耐蚀合金中加入适量的稀土可明显地细化合金的晶粒,改变碳化物与夹杂物的形态与分布,提高合金的耐蚀性能,使其铸造性能亦有所改善。

Abstract:The influence of rare earth modification on the improvement of structure and corrosion resistance of Ni-base alloy for casting as well as on its casting properties is studied in this, paper. Results of experiments show that, the addition of a suitable amount of rare earth into this Ni-base corrosion-resisting alloy can evidently make its crystals t0 be finer alter the pattern and distribution of carbides and inclusions and increase corrosion resistance; its casting properties are also improved.
