热塑性酚醛树脂基纳米复合材料的性能

摘    要:用有机化改性的蒙脱土作为纳米粒子,通过原位聚合法制备了酚醛树脂基纳米复合材料;研究了蒙脱土纳米粒子对复合材料热稳定性、力学性能和特性粘数的影响.实验结果表明,纳米蒙脱土的加入提高了复合材料的热稳定性,且随纳米蒙脱土用量的增加而升高;蒙脱土质量分数为5%时,材料的冲击强度和流动性达到最佳.

Abstract:The phenolic resin matrix nano-meter composite with organic modified montmorillonite as nano-meter particle was prepared by means of in-situ polymerization. The effect of montmorillonite nano-meter particle on the thermostability, mechanical properties and intrinsic viscosity number of the nano-meter composite was studied. The results showed that the thermostability of the composite was improved by the addition of the nano-meter montmorillonite and rose with the increase of the content of the nano-meter montmorillonite. The impact strength and flowability of the nano-meter composites were the best when the content of the montmorillonite nano-meter particle was 5 %.
