数控仿真系统中碰撞干涉算法研究

摘    要:碰撞干涉检验是数控仿真的主要目的之一。本文把碰撞干涉分成了4种不同的情况,对不同的情况提出了不同的检测方法,对刀具的切削部分及非切削部分和工件表面的干涉作了详细的分析,提出并求解了曲面到刀轴线的最小距离,并以此作为碰撞干涉的依据。

Abstract:The collision and interference checking is one of the main purposes of the NC process simulation.The collision and interference was divided into 4 types,the different examination methods were put forward respectively to 4 types.The interference of the cutting part and non-cutting part of the cutting tool's surface were analysed.The minimum distance from free-form surface to the axis of cutter was calculated,which is the thereunder of the collision and interference.
