| 摘 要： | 研究了对研究与开发项目的立项评估方法:同行评议法、综合集成法 分析了各种方法的优缺点.指出综合集成法是当前R＆D项目选择中一个新的趋势与潮流,它更具有公平性和客观性.并用案例说明综合集成法的客观性和公平性.

| Abstract: | The evaluation method on R&D project,i.e.craft brother review,synthetical integration,is studied in the paper.The advantages and defects in all kinds of methods are analyzed.It is claimed that synthetical integration method is a current method in selection of R&D project.The method has more justice and objectivity and the case is shown in the paper. |
