气相法制备的超稳分子筛催化裂化催化剂LHA-28的研究开发

摘    要:通过对催化剂活性组元结构的优化、选择合适的金属离子交换度以及优化载体的有效匹配,以气相化学法制备的新型超稳分子筛GHSY为活性组元,配以高活性的大孔载体,研制出LHA-28裂化催化剂。小试、中试及工业应用结果表明,该催化剂重油转化能力强,焦炭及产品选择性好,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Cracking catalyst LHA-28 was prepared via optimization of the active component structure, proper exchange with metai ion and carried on compatible high - activity large-pore matrix. The active component was a new type ultrastable zeolite GHSY prepared by vapor phase method. The laboratory, pilot plant and commercial application results showed that the said catalyst had the advanta-ges of high bottoms crackability and good coke and product selectivity, which is expected to have wide application prospects.
