铀矿渣拌酸熟化酸度对比试验

摘    要:以微生物柱浸试验的卸柱矿渣为原料,使用100、150、200g/L的酸液进行拌酸熟化,熟化装柱后实行5%~10%日喷淋量20h的喷淋制度。结果表明,喷淋38天后,铀累计浸出率分别为22.2%、28.1%、33.8%,渣计浸出率分别为29.55%、32.96%、40.03%,耗酸率分别为0.23%、0.62%、0.85%。从经济角度出发,建议采用200g/L的酸度进行拌酸熟化比较适合。

Abstract:The uranium-bearing residue from a uranium bioleaching column test was first acidified and aged with 100, 150, 200 g/L sulfuric acid, and then was sprayed for 20 hours per day in column with the spraying rate of 5%~10%. The results show that after two rounds of acidification and leaching for 38 days, the total uranium recovery rates are 22.2%, 28.1% and 33.8%, respectively. The uranium leaching rates calculated from slag are 29.55%, 32.96% and 40.03%, respectively, and the acid consumption rates are 0.23%, 0.62% and 0.85%, respectively. The acidity of 200 g/L is recommended for acidification for the better economic benefits.
