金隆闪速炉系统冷修改造实践

摘    要:简要介绍金隆2012年闪速炉(FF)系统改造的原因和内容,对部分设备改造前后的优缺点以及FF系统改造前后的生产指标进行了对比。结果表明,改造后金隆闪速炉实现了超高强度冶炼。

Abstract:Reasons and contents of FF system modification in Jinlong Copper in 2012 were briefly introduced. The analysis of merit and demerit before and after partial equipment transformation were conducted. Performance and index of production before and after FF system transformation were compared. The results show that super-strength smelting is achieved in Jinlong FF after modification.
