| Abstract: | In light of funds shortage dilemma for real estate business, combined with present situation on source of funds for real estate, it explores problems existing in financing patterns of real estate enterprises in China, analyzes seven current financing patterns, and puts forwards some suggestions on widening financing channels for real estate enterprises. |
