| 摘 要： | 建设用地需求量预测是土地利用总体规划编制的核心，也是土地利用管理的重要依据。目前对建设用地需求量预测的方法和模型较多，这些预测模型和方法多建立在数学和统计基础上，专业要求高，但直观性、可视化效果不好，且没有很好利用快速发展的GIS、计算机等信息技术。基于建设用地需求量预测模型研究的基础上，建立了预测系统，并以某省为例进行实例分析，经证明是可行的。本系统的建立，在实现建设用地预测自动化、可视化、现代化方面是一大胆尝试，具有一定的参考价值。
