| 摘 要： | 想干事、会干事、干成事,是新时期党员所应该具备的基本素质。作为企业的一名党员,就是要在上级党组织的领导下,把党的基本路线和方针政策,落实到自己的实际行动中,紧紧围绕企业的生产经营任务,带领广大职工群众坚定信心,攻坚克难,为企业的发展踏踏实实做贡献,以实际行动为党增辉添彩。

| Abstract: | Wanting to do,being capable to do and being successful to do are the basic quality which the Party members in the new times should possess.A Party member of an enterprise should carry out the Party's basic line and policy in his own action led by the higher Party organization.Also,he should center on the production and management tasks of his enterprise and lead the masses to make contributions to his enterprise growth truly. |
