| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了微波烧结的特点，基本原理及系统组成，对Ａｌ２Ｏ３陶瓷基片的微波烧结过程进行了介绍和分析，并同常规烧结进行了对比实验，在此基础上得出了一些结论，为陶瓷微波烧结提供了实验的依据。

| Abstract: | This Paper introduced the Characteristic and basic principle of microwave sintering,composition of the system ,introduced and analysed the process of microwave sintering of the alumina ceramic chip, moreover, compared with the experiments of conventional sintering method. Based on the research, some results were obtained, and provided experimental basis for microwave sintering of ceramics. |
