基于集合S(I)理论的物料工艺状态描述

摘    要:为准确描述物料工艺状态,以便计算生产仟务和制订或滚动生产作业计划,通过阐述自定义的集合S(Ⅰ)的相关性质和定理,提出了一种新的物料工艺状态的描述方法。通过采用物料工艺状态矢量和物料工艺状态值,简洁而又科学地描述了物料工艺状态信息,从而为车间生产物料管理提供了一个有力的数学工具。

Abstract:Describing the precise material process state is very important to calculate the production task and work out the production scheme. Based on the properties and theorem of the set named S(I), a new method is presented to describe the material process state in production management. Using the material process state vector and material process state value to deal with the materials is a concise way which provides a powerful mathematic tool for material management in production management.
