基于光纤通信的远方备用电源自投应用

摘    要:针对电网110 kV联络线上中间变电站(正常情况下不设置成开环点)失压时,因其备自投装置(BZT)无法发挥作用而导致无法解决电源中断的问题,考虑利用已有光纤通信网实现远方BZT所要求的站与站之间的故障检测、数据交换和跳合闸命令的传输,使连在光纤线路上的所有BZT自动协调改变相关变电站的开关状态,迅速恢复供电能力.文章结合常德电网实例深入分析其BZT逻辑,给出了一个多级串联电网远方BZT方案的实例.

Abstract:When 110 kV middle substations in the power line(which didn't be arranged into the open ring status in the normal situation) lose their voltages,because BZT cannot bring into play its function,it brings on the problem of power losing.It is considered to use the optical fiber communication network to transmit the information which BZT required,such as the fault detecting between substations,data exchanging and the command of switch on or switch off etc.,this makes it possible that all BZT connected to the optical fiber communication system can cooperate automatically to change the switch status of correlative substations,thus to restore the substation power supply rapidly.The article,combining the practical instance in Changde electric power network,analyzes the BZT logic,provides a multistage series remote BZT scheme.
