铝基上光亮化学镀镍工艺研究

摘    要:在铝及铝合金上光亮化学镀镍因镀层结合力不强,工艺不成熟,在实际生产中难以推广应用。本文从改进铝及铝合金光亮化学镀镍的整体工艺中的每一个具体工序出发,对铝的前处理及光亮化学镀镍作了仔细的分析研究.找出了影响镀层结合力与光亮度的主要原因,并通过实验手段确定了各个工艺的配方,确定了铝及铝合金光亮化学镀镍的整体工艺流程.从而比较成功地解决了铝材前处理技术及铝材光亮化学镀镍技术等一系列技术难题。并成功应用于生产实际中。

Abstract:The technique of bright nickel plating on aluminum and aluminum alloy is not widely used because of the poor adhesive strength between plating layers and the immature technique. From each process of the whole technology, the analysis of pretreatment and nickel plating were carried out to locate the main problems which affect the adhesive strength and brightness. By experiments, the optimum formula and technology of the whole process were established, which solved the main problems encountered in bright nickel plating on aluminum and aluminum alloy and was applied in practical successfully.
