建筑物沉降控制分析

摘    要:针对建筑物沉降是一个复杂开放的灰色系统 ,分析了沉降控制主要有三方面原因 :建筑物特定使用功能、沉降过大对一般建筑物的危害和沉降计算理论的不成熟。通过对总沉降的组成和发展过程的分析 ,说明建筑物沉降过大时可能造成差异沉降过大、整体倾斜、与生命线工程脱节等危害。根据计算理论的不完善和土体参数确定的复杂性 ,进一步说明沉降过大会造成建筑物整体安全度的降低。最后 ,对沉降计算存在的问题和解决方法提出了建议

Abstract:Three aspects on building settlement control which is a complex system are analyzed,which are especial working condition of building,potential disasters caused by big settlement and deficiency of calculating theory.Based on components and development of total settlement,analysis on potential disasters caused by big settlement such as excessive differential settlement,total cline and disharmony wtih environment is conducted.Buliding total safety decreases with big settlement because of deficient calculating theory and complexity to acquire soil basic parameters.Finally,some suggestions and solutions are presented on settlement calculating problems.
