摘    要:运用大系统多级递阶控制、智能信息推拉和CBR等技术,避免了现有的管网调度方法在辨识警兆和测度警度等方面存在的局限性,是对气田管网安全应急调度管理方法的一种全新探索.对气田管网安全应急调度进行深入地研究,提出了基于案例树智能构建与检索的气田管网应急调度系统架构与具体实现技术.该项目已经通过国家科技部中期评估,进入新场气田示范工程实施与现场调试阶段,目前系统运行正常,这将有效地提高气田管网应急调度管理的反应速度和决策水平.

Abstract:Appling large system multi-level control, intelligence information push-pull and CBR method into gas field pipe-net emergency scheduling may effectively avoid those localization in the currently distinguishing the alarms and the estimate about pipe-net scheduling, which is a new exploring search about gas field pipe-net scheduling. A case-tree pipe-net scheduling system flame and the concrete realization technique are presented. The item has already got across the metaphase evaluating under the national science and technology department. Now it is carrying out at the spot in the gas field. The system is running well, and it promotes the level of the gas field pipenet producing scheduling and making-decision.
