火电厂循环冷却水阻垢剂效果评价及应用

摘    要:针对特定工程水质,通过静态循环水阻垢试验,对不同的阻垢剂和同一药剂的不同加入量进行筛选,确定效果最好的阻垢剂和投加量,并用动态模拟试验验证实际运行条件下阻垢剂的使用效果,从而确定机组运行的阻垢剂、加药量、浓缩倍率等指导运行参数。机组实际运行效果验证了评价方法的可行性和可靠性。

Application about Anti-scale Efficiency for Circulating Cooling Water in Power Plant
Abstract:For speicified engineering water quality, the best scale inhibitor and dosage could be confirmed by screening different scale inhibitors and different correspongding medicament dosages through carrying out static circulating water scale inhibition test. After verifying the real effection under prictical operation condistions with dynamic simulation test, constuctive operation parameters of the unit including proper scale inhibitor, dosage, and concentration ratio could be decided. The actual effection of the unit proves that this evaluation method is feasible and reliable.
