摘    要:通过安装在旋风除尘器内的减阻杆,可以在保证分离效率的前提下降低流动阻力。分别采用5孔球形探针、激光多普勒测速仪和粒子图像测速仪对旋风除尘器内安装减阻杆前后的时均流场与湍流场进行了测量,发现减阻杆降低了流场中与粉尘分离无益的内旋流切向速度,削弱了中心区域的湍流强度,使湍流耗散减弱,从而实现压降降低达到减阻目的。根据流动参数的变化,分析了减阻杆的减阻机理,提出了"加涡减阻"的假设。并介绍减阻杆在工业上的应用实例。

Abstract:A antidrag stick inserted in the cyclone separator could reduce the drag, decrease the energy consumption and increase the output while keeping the separation efficiency unchanged. With and without the stick, the mean and turbulent characteristic of the flow field in the cyclone separator were measured by fiveorifice Pitottube, Laser Doppler Velocimetry (LDV) and Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) respectively. It is found that the pressure drop reduction is caused by reducing the tangential velocity of the inner vortex that is not helpful to the particle separation, weakening the turbulent intensity of the inner zone and lowering the turbulent dissipation. The mechanism of drag reduction is analyzed and a hypothesis that adding vortex can reduce the drag in the turbulent flow is deduced. The application of antidrag stick is alse presented.
