深水A&R绞车动力滚筒牵引力计算及有限元强度分析

摘    要:深水铺管用收放(A&R)绞车的动力滚筒与钢丝绳之间力的传递关系是影响滚筒结构参数设计的关键因素。分析了工作状态下钢丝绳在双动力滚筒结构出入端的张力变化,建立了钢丝绳张力与钢丝绳和双滚筒之间的摩擦因数、钢丝绳在卷筒上的包角、双滚筒缠绳层数(绳槽数)等参数之间的关系式,并综合考虑动力滚筒受力进行了ABAQUS有限元强度分析。为深水铺管绞车的设计和校核提供了参考。
